Remo Repair Registry is a tool that scans for and repairs registry errors.
It also claims to defragment the registry, however typically only defragmenting the registry hives themselves on the disk can really lead to any noticeable performance increase, and that can't be done while Windows is running.
More likely, by defragmenting the tool means optimizing, and there is no guarantees there either.
