TClean is a small Windows file clean-up tool that removes temporary files and junk.
It can help you to save space by removing temporary files that are created by applications and then never removed once the application has exited.
This tool literally just has a single button: "Remove". It will estimate the number of files that can be deleted first, but some files may not be deleted if they are locked by another process.
