PhotoAnim is a free application for Windows to edit and animate photos.
It has three basic modes of operation; Image Edit Mode, Animate Mode and Movie Mode.
In Image Edit Mode, you can carry out image corrections, add shapes or text, or extract a subject from the background etc. In Animate Mode, you can apply warping or skeletal animation on multiple regions, and in Movie mode you can produce video.
PhotoAnim does not rely on specific graphic hardware. All computations are done by the processor(s). PhotoAnim is designed to produce short video clips (1 minute maximum).
