Feed Notifier is a tool that displays real-time pop-up notifications for RSS and Atom Feeds on Windows.

It resides in the System Tray on Windows and will display pop-up notifications from RSS and ATOM feeds, including some of the body (news articles etc.)

Notifications like this can help you to keep an eye on your favourite news source, or video site or so on.
