Timer is an extremely lightweight and basic Timer app you can run in Windows.
Simply select the number of minutes to countdown (Max of 99) and let it run the countdown. The remaining time will be shown on the Taskbar.
On time up fires up a bright red alert that gets on top of all opened windows, including a viewed full screen movie.
