DesktopDigitalClock is a nice customizable Digital Clock you can stick on your Windows Desktop.
You can choose wherever you want the digital clock on the Desktop. The position will be fixed. Transparency means it will blend in with the background. You can customize the font and select from a variety of themes, and resize the whole clock.
NOTE: For 32-bit Windows, download DesktopDigitalClock (32-bit) instead.
