SSLCop will block Certificate Authorities from certain parts of the world for security reasons.
The developer suggests targeting CAs from countries with bad reputations, such as undemocratic countries that interfere with such authorities and are hostile to Internet privacy, security and anonymity.
You can choose what countries you don't want to accept CAs from yourself.
